Magnesium is a vital element and is involved in fluid transfer, enzyme reactions, and maintaining healthy muscle contractions. Muscle tension may be attributed to low levels of magnesium in the system. Magnesium is involved in the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and appetite.
Vita Calm also contains a blend of B vitamins for correct release of carbohydrate, helping to maintain blood sugar levels, and to help maintain the integrity of the nervous system.
Vitamin E is also included and helps maintain a healthy nervous system.
